These SMS Terms apply to service-related text messages from VALCRAFT by VALPOWER GROUP LLC.

Program Purpose
SMS/MMS is used only for individual communication about a customer’s handyman or carpentry service request and resulting project. Messages may include questions about the project, estimates, requests for or exchanges of pictures, appointment coordination, and updates about the work.

This messaging program is not used for advertising, promotional campaigns, or mass marketing messages.

Consent
You may choose to provide SMS/MMS consent through the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our service request form. You may submit a service request without selecting the SMS consent box. Consent to receive SMS/MMS is not a condition of purchase.

SMS consent applies only to the phone number and service-related communication covered by the consent you provided. Consent is not automatically applied to previous requests or existing contacts.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service request, project, appointments, and our communication.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you should receive confirmation and no further SMS/MMS will be sent unless you later provide new consent or reply START to re-subscribe where supported.
